This page is dedicated to everyone who feels the pain of addiction, eating disorders and depression and doesn't know where to turn. Because I have been there, I know what its like. It is embarrassing, humiliating and creates a sense of desperation and hopelessness.

There is hope. If I could impart one pure, simple message, that's it. There is hope.

I remember hearing Jim Valvano, head coach of the North Carolina State men's basketball team, give a speech at the ESPY awards shortly before he died of cancer. This is the message you need to hear if you are lost in any of these terrible illnesses. God loves you and has a plan for you, if you will only surrender to Him.
